Robert Aguirre reviewed this property and explained that water damage was getting worse and we needed to replace siding with Hardie siding along the bottom of the exterior wall.  The awning required new shingles and plywood as well as felt paper, flashing drip edge and roll roofing.  They also had to install some lumber and larger brackets for support of the awning.  And they repaired the wall behind the A/C box in order to remount it.















All was accomplished in 2 days and we were very pleased with both the functionality and the appearance of the repair jobs.















We were very happy with the work and will contact them again for future jobs.

Robert Aguirre  viewed 3 properties I work with that needed work in less than 2 hours.  I met his 2 workers on one of the other jobs and was impressed with their efforts to explain to me what needed to be done and how it was done, as well as their politeness with the renter.  So for this property, I was glad they were available.  
They focused on the ceiling fan first, and had to problem solve the lack of instructions and the shortness of the post for the light kit as well as no room for the remote workings in the fan housing.
They not only cleaned the windows but helped me move and place a statue on a cabinet.  Then the wall was repaired and prepped in 2 places for paint.  They added texture too.  The result was very good, almost invisible from most directions.
All the work was finished and everything cleaned up by midafternoon.  That allowed me to prime the wall myself the next day.
I am very happy with the work and the workers who did it and will definitely be considering them for future repairs and renovations.
