I used their service in the past. Did not show for scheduled appointment. Called office but could not understand office personnel. They never called back. Something is definitely wrong in the office!!

It went great, I selected OxyBrite of Tampa. Called and John promptly returned my call. I had some (by my standards) unusual requests for a power lift recliner chair I needed to have professionally cleaned (Due to Covid 19 restrictions) before I could deliver to an Assisted Living Facility where my mother resides. I also had 4 rattan barstools to be cleaned as well. John was very professional, price was very reasonable, and willing to work with me on the day and time available to suit me. After working on the day and time, I called John back, stated his tech Gerald would be out on the day and time I selected. Gerald arrived promptly, and was very professional as well. Got to work quickly and the job was completed in an hour. The recliner met all Covid 19 criteria to be allowed in the facility. Barstools looked brand new after Gerald was finished. First of all, this company did not come up in my request thru HomeAdvisor. I did a Google search and found them and saw that they were registered with HomeAdvisor with a very good rating. The guys were very good at their job, professional, knowledgeable, and were customer oriented. They did a wonderful job on the carpet and cleaning the grout. I would surely recommend this organization and intend to use them again.

The Oxybrite rep contacted me within 24 hours of my invite, and gave me a very reasonable price right over the phone. They let me schedule according to my needs, and then showed up right on time. They did a fast, thorough job, and even moved a couch to clean under it when I told them they didn't have to, since it is a very heavy piece of furniture! They were done in an hour, and the carpet dried in about 2 hours. The techs were very courteous and friendly. I will never use anyone else for carpet cleaning, I've found my company. Great customer service! The guys were right on time. Did great work on two bedrooms and a sectional sofa.

Dean and his assistant for this locally owned business showed up right on time, and were efficient and pleasant. They moved furniture and worked hard to clean some very soiled areas, yet the carpet was still almost completely dry within a couple of hours. When I contacted the company later about one tiny section that was apparently missed, Dean came back and cleaned not only that spot, but retouched up a couple of other areas that he noticed as well. As promised, the work was done at a very reasonable price, with no hidden costs. I will definitely use this company again, as well as recommend them to others.

It is a family owned and operated business in the Tampa/Clearwater and surrounding areas! They were on time, the staff was very friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone! For residential or commercial work they are top of the line! Stains that I NEVER thought I would get out they did!

The technicians showed up on time and finished early. They were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. My carpets came much cleaner than I could have ever expected and left my carpets looking brand new. The cleaners John and Dean arrived on time and completed their work quickly. We had a couch, love seat, and two chairs cleaned. The cleaning was thorough and they cleaned up after their work was done. We opted for the stain guard after the cleaning. This was an excellent experience and I would hire them again.

Dean from OxyBrite cleaned our area rug which our dog loves to use as a bed and, as a result, was pretty dull and gray. He arrived as scheduled, was very pleasant and did a great job in a short amount of time.
