This is the worst product I have purchased... by far. Most of the hinges on the panels are crooked. The attachments from the garage door rails to the ceiling were twisted to fit a what appears to be a longer rail. The rolling-bar was not completely attached to the front wall resulting in the door failing inspection. When that technician came to perform the repairs, he complained the entire time, and never bothered to acknowledge that he had cost me time away from my job to give him access to his sloppy work. I didn't even look at these things until after it failed.
This week, the ceiling support came apart and dropped the door onto wall shelves, which in turn ripped out of the wall. Luckily, my second car was parked on the opposite side of the garage and was missed by the tumbling paint cans, camping stove, and lawn tools that tumbled through the air. After lowering the door, I tried to lock it so that no one would open it against the broken rail, but found that the lock was misaligned and useless. When I called to request a repair, I was told that the narrowest time slot available was from 1-5 pm. I would think that they would be more accommodating given that their product failed miserably. The technician arrived at 5:45 pm, so I lost half a day's pay for nothing. I understand that nothing is perfect, but in this case, the company, and most of their employees simply don't care.
