MR. GRIDLEY WAS NOT ONLY A TALENTED CLOSET DESIGNER AND INSTALLER, BUT HE WAS A BLAST FROM THE PAST WHEN THE WORD AND WORK OF THE PERSON WHOM YOU HIRED WAS ACTUALLY JUST AS HE SAID IT WOULD BE. WHEN HE ARRIVED FOR THE FIRST TIME (SPOT ON TIME!) HE INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND STATED THAT HE WOULD DO THE WORK AND DESIGN. WHEN I SHOWED HIM SOMETHING THAT I LIKED INSTALLED BY ANOTHER COMPANY IN MY HOME SOME YEARS BACK (ONE I WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN), HE COMPLIMENTED THEIR WORK AND SAID HE COULD REPLICATE IT AND IMPROVE ON IT IN SEVERAL WAYS. HE WAS PATIENT WITH MY QUESTIONS AND PROVIDED REFERENCES. I HAVE REFERRED HIM TO ANOTHER WHO EXPERIENCED THE SAME REMARKABLY RARE ''PERFECT'' BUSINESS EXPERIENCE IN THE CHAOTIC AND USUALLY DISAPPOINTING WORLD OF HOME REPAIR/HOME-IMPROVEMENT. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND STEVE GRIDLEY OF ''ORGANIZE YOUR LIFE'' TO ANYONE I KNOW.
