Oceanside Tile Installations

The project was a success. There were a few challenges with grout that Nick was able to overcome. He kept assuring me that he would could make it alright. And he did.He listened to what I wanted and suggested ways to go about it. Very experienced and nice to work with.

I originally hired Nick Annenos from Oceanside Tile 2 years ago after I had a flood at my former home and needed 2000 sq ft of flooring torn out and replaced. Nick suggested that I get “wood like” tile to replace the hardwood flooring. It was a GREAT suggestion. The work was done promptly and best of all I didn’t have to do any cleanup. When people looked at the floor they didn’t believe it was tile until they bent down to touch it!! The house went on the market for sale shortly after all repairs were made. We sold the house in 3 days at asking price for an all cash deal. The buyer said he LOVED the floors. SOOOOOO, when I needed a bathroom re-do at my new home.....”who ya gonna call” , heck yeah, Nick Annenos from Oceanside Tile OF COURSE. A whirlpool tub that was old and leaking had to be torn out but I really liked the tile around it. Nick was able to save the existing tile ( mostly, some had to come out) and match tile for the shower that I wanted. The shower looks beautiful. I love it. Nicks work is that of a real craftsman. He is conscious about the cleanup , he’s honest and reasonable. All in all a good experience.

I have used Nick more than once and it always has gone smoothly. A true professional with old school craftsmanship!

Nick and his helper removed all the old broken tiles from my kitchen from an installer that did not know what they were doing. Nick was friendly, professional, on time and got the job done for me. He took the time to put plastic everywhere to protect my furniture and kept the dust to an absolute minimum. He was very attentive to my pets and in my absence during the work day even fed and walked the dogs. The finshed job was absolutely beautiful and with his assistance I picked the perfect tile for my kitchen from Gulf Tile Distributors in Largo. A company that I would also recommend. He met me at the showroom and spent at least two hours with me while I decided which tile to use. His suggestions as to price and quality were invaluable. I will even have him come back to do the tile backsplash behind my kitchen counter. I would not hesitate to recommend Oceanside Tile and Nicholas Annenos again.
