They were professional and did a great job

I had a lot of neighbors complain that the addition took an awful long time for the size of the project. Since I was absent, it didn't bother me too much. We loved the design and it blended in beautifully with the existing structure. NuRoom was very easy to work with and we feel the quality was excellent.

Builder abandoned me when the project was almost done. Have been waiting two years to find someone elsse to finish it.

They really went above and beyond for us - everyone involved was terrific and the work is excellent.

The superintendant is rarely on the premises which resulted in at least four things that were done very wrong and had to be redone. The company stood behind the errors and fixed every one of the issues & I doubt they made nay profit as a result. Owner is very diligent in following up and fixing the significant goofs, and great at communicating. I told him his super is a very nice guy & works hard when on site, but he did not catch even one error. By error, I mean they ordered the wrong wood floor which didn't match old floor, and the super is the one who installed it!

Nuroom ordered wrong doors after we were very specific what we wanted. Then they drew the job with the doors opening out instead of in which now prevents us from laying carpet in that room because the installer had to make allowances for error made by contractor. Nuroom chooses not to accept any responsibility for the errors and we will never ever use them again nor will be ever recommend them. They deny everything we told them over and over because they did not put in contract. We trusted them and signed contract without insisting they rewrite and took their word that they would do exactly what we requested.

I really love my new bathroom. It is exactly what I wanted. During the estimate process, I needed a compromise because of my budget. Bob of Nu Room came up with a plan to get me what I wanted within my budget. Mike & the workmen were great; they have done everything that they said they would and worked within the time frame promised. When they finished the job, they even cleaned up & vacuumed. It was a pleasure to work with an honest contractor. Thank you Nu Room!

We are in the middle of our remodel with NuROOM and so far everything has gone wonderfully. We are so pleased with the work they have done so far. Michael and all of the subcontractors have gone out of their way to help us design and carry out our wants for our home. I will be sure to update the review when they are done.

Excellent, good price, grreat work, and quick build
