Flowers were very nice and lasted several days. I ordered by phone due to a lack of time and told the florist my budget. However, I prefer to choose an arrangement with a fixed price from a website to make sure I get my money's worth. My one serious complaint is according to the person who received the flowers there was only the florist's business card in the envelope. My message (including who the flowers were from) was not written anywhere.

As mentioned, the flowers were great. After a couple days my wife noticed that a few of the flowers began to wilt ? mind you?it was only a few. She called to inquiry that she was taking proper care of the flowers. The people at the flower shop were extremely kind and insisted on making it right ? which wasn?t required. My wife said it wasn?t necessary but they insisted that we stop by the shop (which is on our way home). We stopped by the shop and they presented us with a brand new bouquet of flowers, which was equally beautiful. It?s rare that you get this kind of outstanding service. I will definitely order from them again AND recommend them to others.
