So we had a bathroom leak and it flooded out entire bathroom and hallway and mold started to grow underneath our brand new wooden floors. I started having headaches as well. So we called Mold Zero and they serviced us ASAP. It went great! It was all done in a day and they did air quality testing afterwards and provided us with a clean bill of health. Mold Zero helped up put our life back together. After dealing with a major mold contamination issue in a previous home we thought we would need to throw away all of our belongings. Mold Zero contacted us after hearing our family’s story and truly saved the day. We spent months and months of our life dealing with health issues from the mold exposure we experienced while living on MacDill AFB. Once we moved our contaminated belongings to our new home we continued being sick. Mold Zero treated our new home and belongings two weeks ago and we are finally beginning to feel normal again. I am waking up energized and without a headache. My youngest daughter is starting to sleep through the night again and has stopped complaining of joint pain. Mold zero has helped my family so much! A couple months ago my kids were getting sick constantly. Back to back with illness and taking forever to get well again. We had been to urgent cares and ER’s several times with fever and upper respitory issues. I have intended to write a review on Mold Zero, LLC, since February 2018, when I used Mold Zero’s services for my very first experience of dealing with a significant mold problem inside a condominium property I own in the Tampa Bay Area. It’s been over 2 years since I lost my husband, and this was a project that I had to deal with alone, that induced the most significant anxiety of any projects related to the needs in my own home and then for the first time with this condominium. I really had no idea where to begin, but knew that I had to start somewhere. The thought of dealing with all the aspects of what would be involved in the removing, clean up and likely demolition of the affected areas ruled every moment of my hours awake, and would disrupt the sleep I tried to get. Mold Zero was the first company I scheduled for an estimate and I was very impressed with the representative Brandon who came out. He explained what made their approach different from the typical protocols. He explained that I could either use their services for conducting the mold evaluation or for the mold remediation, but not for both because it’s a conflict of interest, which I hadn’t thought of. I decided to hold off on having them do the mold testing because I thought their non-demolition approach to mold remediation was one that I’d want to consider post the initial testing. I’m very glad that I made that choice, because as I expected, mold remediation protocols have not changed over time although technologies for remediating mold have changed. I cannot say how very thrilled I was about having Mold Zero do the remediation. From beginning to end the two technicians who came, Frederick and Kyle, we’re very professional, considerate of my situation, and kept me informed along the entire process. They took great care in my concerns, and after initial remediation they returned to address any questions I might have had and they themselves tested after remediation, then called me to report that the condominium would require one more treatment, and that would be included in the cost that I paid. I have already made a decision that when my own home is decluttered, I will ask Mold Zero to come and have my home treated not because there is mold, although there may be, but because there was a significant change in the air-quality within the condominium that family members living there confirmed. They’ve shared that their allergies have significantly improved and they actually reported that the condominium air feels and smells cleaner! I would not hesitate at all to consider Mold Zero for any mold issues in your home or business or if you just wish to have a good purification of your home. I would like to also thank Brandon who initially came out to explain what Mold Zero does, as well as Sarah, who is in the office and helped coordinate everything. She was phenomenal.

Mold Zero is seriously a life saver. I had recently moved into a new place and soon afterwards, about a week later, I started to have serious health problems and breathing trouble. Was out one night and had an asthma attack. Never had asthma before and didn’t know what was going on, just that I couldn’t breath. When MoldZero came by to do the check they found mold in several places right away just by site alone. I like Mold Zero because after they found the mold and then they educated me on how we get it in the first place and what actions I can take to limit future mold outbreaks. They also came back and handled my house immediately. Since they took care of the mold, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my air quality for myself, my partner, and our cats. The cats are more active now than they were after we moved in. It’s nice to see a change in all of us and I can literally breath easy knowing the mold is taken care of. Our experience with Mold Zero has been stellar. Sarah is wonderful and the guys who came out were friendly, funny, and focused on getting the job done. Great customer service. The score was still too high after the first treatment, so they came out and did a second at no additional charge which lowered the score well below the threshold of concern.

Mold zero came out very quickly, added me to the schedule within the week. The actual treatment took around 6 hours for a 2000 sq' home. The odor of the fog was still there an hour after treating but not offensive 14 hours later. What was totally gone was the mold smell! I've had mold remediation done the old way and it was almost a rebuild of my house. Flash forward to this treatment and it is like the speed of light at a fraction of the cost.

They did an exemptional job! The house smelled nice and fresh. I got the treatment done before coming back from the hospital after giving birth as I wanted my house to be treated befored my baby arrived. I used to wake up every morning feeling very sick with my nose stuffed up and I would wake up in the middle of the night many times having problems breathing. I obviously didn't want my baby to be having the same problems so I decided to do this as soon as possible. Now this feeling has gone away completely! The staff of the company are very professional and they really do an amazing job with this incredible technology that handles mold for real! I really recommend them as we definitely have mold in Florida. No question about it and mold can be deadly and be the cause of many other illnesses that could be very costly to cure in the long run. This is not something nice to have but it's a must for the health of the family!

Better than expected but we honestly had no idea how it all worked. Cassidy did explain the process and was very thorough on all aspects. All done in a day with no side effects of any way shape or form. Very pleased. Will be using them again for preventive purposes once we buy a house as this was done in a rental.

Amazing! We were shocked to find out we had 7 times the amount of black mold that should be present in a household. No wonder our two year old daughter has had a persistent cough for several months. Mold zero and Cassidy tweed were a lifesaver. They quickly responded to my email within 24 hours (much less actually) and provided an estimate and got to work as fast as we needed them. The product they use is non toxic which is important to me as I don't want chemicals lurking in the house, especially with kids in the house. He provided great recommendations for preventing the mold from coming back and also recommended a dehumidifier (which he even picked up and returned for us at no extra charge!!!!). The process was pretty painless. It took about 3-4 hours for the mold removal process. Within days my daughters cough had diminished greatly. We did another mold test and the mold is now gone! And moving forward we are monitoring the humidity level in the house to ensure this doesn't happen again. To sum it up, mold zero will effectively remove the mold (bound to happen in FL! Or any humid region) with their amazing non toxic method; they will advise you on what to do prevent and detect the mold so it doesn't come back again; and they will re test to ensure the mold is gone after treatment. Highly recommend them!!!
