 + -1 more100% FOCUSED ON SATISFYING REALTOR - NOT CLIENT. WOULD NOT RESPOND TO ISSUES (LIKE NOT PROVIDING COPIES OF SURVEY OR ELEVATION CERTIFICATES TO CLIENT - ONLY TO REALTOR) OR REPLY TO CLIENT PHONE CALLS ON TIMING, ETC. EVEN IGNORED WRITTEN COMMUNICATION FROM CLIENT.
Description of Work: COMPLETED SURVEY FOR EXISTING HOME PRIOR TO PURCHASE. ALSO UPDATED A PRIOR ELEVATION CERTIFICATE.
