 + -1 moreThe pool deck addition began sinking and cracking. The owner, Tim McConnell, was immediately contacted but refused for over a year to do anything about it. After some arm-twisting, he attempted to repair it. Again, it immediately began to sink and crack. He refuses to make further repairs. I have two expert opinions stating the deck was poorly designed and poorly built, but he refuses to stand behind his work. The level of workmanship is truly disgusting. It is cracking all over, and the stairs are way too steep. Plus, Tim is very unprofessional. On one occasion, he told me he would come by to look at the problem, but he never showed. Generally, he does not respond to emails, calls, and/or texts. On the few occasions he did respond, it was very delayed. This has been dragging on for years, so I am writing this review to warn my fellow consumers.
Description of Work: McConnell Construction Services was hired around 2006 to perform a pool deck addition at my residence. He also attempted a repair roughly a year and a half to two years later.

 + -1 moreEverything went smoothly. This company has great work ethic and is honest and straight forward. You will not have to worry about being taken advantage of.
Description of Work: The company added an addition on the back of my house. They did the slab, block, windows, drywall. Pretty much everything. Some of the stuff I did was complicated and very custom such as the cypress beams for the cathedrel ceilings.
