Delivery was prompt, in fact they asked if we wanted them to arrive earlier (without pressure,they said they'd show up during the window if needed), put down a runner to protect our floor, set up the bed in minutes. I did verify that it was a new mattress (I read the news stories) and there was no issue with the delivery. Price was a bit higher than I could have done on overstock or Wayfair, but we were in a jam because Macy's short shipped and we were the ones they decided to not give the mattress to so we had to get something on two days notice and Mattress Firm came through. Also gave us a bunch of 20% off coupons for Bed Bath and Beyond which came in handy.

From salesman to delivery, it was an excellent experience.

They provided excellent service. I got the best mattress I've ever had. They were not pushy and very informative.

I felt comfortable doing business with them. I was going around looking at different beds and they told me they could finance me with Wells Fargo which was what I was going to ask for. When I went in to sign the papers, they said that the bed would be delivered that evening and it was. They even took the old bed away, so I didn't have to worry about the disposal.
