Bruce called me back right away and was candid to explain that he has more work lined up then he can handle. I appreciate his quick response and honesty.

I have known Bruce for many years. I needed his expertise on some rotting fascia. He came out, gave me a fair estimate and had the job done within a week. That was several months ago. Yesterday, he completed another similar rotting fascia board section replacement. Again he was very attentive to details. He even cleaned up! He’s a great craftsman!

Bruce Meligan, of Master Trim, arrived on time and gave us an accurate estimate of cost. He returned when he said he would and did excellent carpentry work. The material used was appropriate (not cheap white wood), the joints were well formed, and he caulked the project so it was ready for paint when he was finished. He maintained a safe and clean work space throughout the project. He finished in the time estimated and left our yard clean including the mess from our clogged gutters he removed for us before the carpentry work commenced. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anybody.

Bruce repaired the rotted fascia on the Florida room roof, which was very difficult due to an abutting aluminum patio roof. All of the fascia around the Florida room was clad in aluminum, and vinyl soffits were installed. Another area of rotted soffit and fascia was repaired.

Everything always goes well. This is the 2nd time we have worked with Bruce and we would not hesitate to hire him again. The quality of his work is second to none and his quotes are very reasonable. He works by himself and he works very hard. One of the few tradesmen we've actually rehired.

We had numerous estimates and chose Bruce at Master Trim. He does all of his own work and his estimate was very reasonable. The ceiling turned out terrific. Another contractor that was doing some other work for us commented on the excellent quality of the work.

Bruce came out, looked at the job and gave me a very fair price. I told him I would take down the old gutters first so he set a date to return which gave me enough time to get the old ones down. Bruce came as scheduled, did a great job with the repair & was neat & clean doing it. I definitely recommend Bruce. His work is impeccable.

Bruce provided detailed quote as well as discussing what was to be performed/pros and cons for an extensive amount of time (I believe he spent over 45minutes on the phone with me) The only reason I did not use Master Trim was because I received a recommendation from my roofer and their quote happened to come in slightly cheaper. From my conversation, Bruce was extremely professional, patient and understanding of the situation and sounded highly competent. I would not hesitate to hire Bruce in the future.

Bruce worked alone, 5 1/2 days, including a Saturday, sometimes staying late to finish a section. On the south side of the house is a 12 ft. x 24 ft. screened porch with a metal roof. To stand on the metal roof so he could replace the parts in the gable above it without the roof collapsing he constructed a frame support with 2x4's inside the porch (floor to ceiling) and under and along the length of the area he would be walking, laid 2x4's on the top inside the 1 ft. wide ridges then plywood on top along the length. His company is well-named: MASTER Trim.

It went perfect! He did an amazing job, and he even cleaned up everything when he was done.

Bruce climbed up to look at the hole in the soffit and pulled the soffit off to show me the underlying roof problem and suggested that the underlying problem would be best handled by a roofing specialist. At my request, he nailed the trim back together temporarily to avoid leaving a gaping hole while we were waiting for someone to fix the roof problem. I appreciated that he showed me the underlying problem that was outside his specialty and that he took time, especially considering that I didn't pay him anything for the visit, to patch up the torn trim so that it wouldn't be left hanging open. I'll be happy to work with him when we are ready to replace the old soffits around the house.

He did a really good job. I don't know how he did it all on his own, but he did and we were very pleased!

Bruce's work was excellent. He started the soffit installation on time and finished in two days. The fit and workmanship, especially at the corners, was excellent. All construction debris was cleaned up. The rotted wood repairs were also expertly completed. Bruce was able to match exactly the mill cut profile on the door frame, replacing approximately 18and quot; that had rotted at the base. He also applied caulking to seams, and a coat of primer to protect the wood. I will definitely hire Bruce for future projects, and would recommend him highly to friends and coworkers. He is professional and has a high standard for his work. He was not satisfied with the original fit and finish of the door frame (I thought it was fine). He came back at no additional charge to make an exact match to the custom profile on the door frame. He gives written quotes for his estimates. He is responsive to phone calls and returns calls in a timely manner.

After a thorough inspection, Bruce identified several areas that needed work, including up on my roof. He provided what I thought was a reasonable estimate and returned a few days later to do the job. He completed the work within the timeframe indicated.

Bruce does all his own work, and does not employ or need a crew. He pulled the permit, provided an accurate estimate, and completed the work in a reasonable time. Cleanup was complete and the results are excellent.

He is wonderful. He works by himself but he is real honest. I just can't tell you how happy I've been with the work he's done. I would definitely hire him again.

Bruce came out and evaluated to work to be done and provided a very reasonable estimate. He was able to start the job the following week. Many of the areas that needed replacment were difficult to reach, but he did them all! His work is outstanding. He is truely an artist! You cannot tell the replaced areas from the original siding. He is professional and very courteous. I have recommended him to my family and friends, and certainly recommend him to all of Angie's members.

He is very meticulous and very clean. He is a bit of a perfectionist. I would recommend him to anybody.

Bruce was extremely conscienscious and meticulous. The workmanship is phenomenal. He is does truly magnificent work, and is as neat as can be. His work really sets finishes the outcome of our new roof. The materials he used will live outlive me and the house! All of the other workment on our home repair project were in awe of Bruce's work.
