I have known Bruce for many years. I needed his expertise on some rotting fascia. He came out, gave me a fair estimate and had the job done within a week. That was several months ago. Yesterday, he completed another similar rotting fascia board section replacement. Again he was very attentive to details. He even cleaned up! He’s a great craftsman!

Bruce Meligan, of Master Trim, arrived on time and gave us an accurate estimate of cost. He returned when he said he would and did excellent carpentry work. The material used was appropriate (not cheap white wood), the joints were well formed, and he caulked the project so it was ready for paint when he was finished. He maintained a safe and clean work space throughout the project. He finished in the time estimated and left our yard clean including the mess from our clogged gutters he removed for us before the carpentry work commenced. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anybody.

Bruce repaired the rotted fascia on the Florida room roof, which was very difficult due to an abutting aluminum patio roof. All of the fascia around the Florida room was clad in aluminum, and vinyl soffits were installed. Another area of rotted soffit and fascia was repaired.

Everything always goes well. This is the 2nd time we have worked with Bruce and we would not hesitate to hire him again. The quality of his work is second to none and his quotes are very reasonable. He works by himself and he works very hard. One of the few tradesmen we've actually rehired.

We had numerous estimates and chose Bruce at Master Trim. He does all of his own work and his estimate was very reasonable. The ceiling turned out terrific. Another contractor that was doing some other work for us commented on the excellent quality of the work.

Bruce came out, looked at the job and gave me a very fair price.  I told him I would take down the old gutters first so he set a date to return which gave me enough time to get the old ones down.  Bruce came as scheduled, did a great job with the repair & was neat & clean doing it.  I definitely recommend Bruce.  His work is impeccable.

Bruce worked alone, 5 1/2 days, including a Saturday, sometimes staying late to finish a section.
On the south side of the house is a 12 ft. x 24 ft. screened porch with a metal roof.
To stand on the metal roof so he could replace the parts in the gable above it without the roof collapsing he constructed a frame support with 2x4's inside the porch (floor to ceiling) and under and along the length of the area he would be walking, laid 2x4's on the top inside the 1 ft. wide ridges then plywood on top along the length.
His company is well-named: MASTER Trim.

It went perfect! He did an amazing job, and he even cleaned up everything when he was done.
