The removal of shelves, walls and carpets went well. It was tough getting the company to come back in to replace shelves, walls and carpets- took 7 months. They were unable to match the carpeting even when we told them we had upgraded carpet and padding. They painted wood shelves with the same paint as the walls; paint with sand in it. When the shelves came out lumpy, they sanded them to try to make them smooth. The shelves were never repainted by the contractor. The once we had our clothing and items on the shelves, within 2 months, the shelves on one whole side of the wall fell off the wall. (Shelves were not screwed into the 2x4's in the wall, just the wall board ( We had requested that shelves be anchored in 2X4's to support the weight we would put on the shelves.) So the supervisor came out to fix the problem and reattach the shelves. However, he did not use a level and the shelves were crooked (1.5 inches difference from one side to the other) and only a couple of screws actually went into the 2X4's necessitating a complete re-do.) We did not allow them to come back into our home.

Began with a thorough explanation - all employees were polite, knowledgable, efficient and accessable - often worked beyond schedule with a positive, confident "can do" attitude when unexpected problems arose - I am very pleased with the outcome.
