This was my second time using Marisa Construction. I will not use anyone else if I know Alfredo and his crew can do it. They are that good. Alfredo is a hard worker (12-16 hrs a day), he takes great pride in their work. His crew is professional and always on time. 3 days, start to finish. It looks fantastic. I have referred them to many people, and all were thankful. They will be getting more referrals from me as I trust them. Thanks Alfredo!

I had marisa construction install my pavers a couple of years ago. They did an excellent job .So when it was time to recoat them i called them again. They pressure washed, repaired some pavers and recoated them and cleaned up their mess. Once again i am very pleased. Alfedo and Ramone are very professional and did a wonderful job. I also had them give me an estimate to repair my driveway

A contractor who is a perfectionist! My neighbor stood across the street when he started and thought that he would never be able to get it level, but to his amazement he did. The former owner had put asphalt on the driveway, but the association made them remove it. It left the driveway in terrible shape. Alfredo had all the concrete removed and hauled away. Then he started from from stratch laying a foundation and then beautiful pavers.
They are so neat and clean in their work. The porch had a base coat, then textured and painted. Neighbors I don't even know stop me and tell me how beautiful it looks.
He is extremely reliable. When he says he will do something, or be somewhere, you can count on it.

They were always on time, worked very hard, were meticulous and obviously took pride in their work. Excellent!

Alfredo came out and gave me and estimate on what I wanted done. He also assisted me in picking out my pavers and giving me suggestions on what i could do. He and his crew were very professional and courteous. They came when they said they would and put in a full days work everyday.They tore out the polypebble down to the cement slab., put coping around my pool,installed the pavers around the pool and lani and sealed them. Then installed pavers on my front porch and sidewalk and sealed them also. He also assisted me in getting the debri cleaned out of my pool. They cleaned up everyday when they were finished working.
