Maggie's Maids is a great value! Maggie personally came over to give us an estimate. Like us, Maggie believes in long-term business relationships built on loyalty and mutual respect. As we are were in agreement that a job well-done would lead to more business down the road (I own a duplex in St Pete), Maggie gave us a price substantially below her competitors' bids. Her two person crew showed up on time, worked hard, and had a great attitude! I think any cleaning crew is going to miss a spot or two, and this was no exception. Much more important is the crew's attitude toward getting it done right after the customer points out the need for touch up cleaning. Here Augusta (the crew leader) really shone! She clearly wanted to please us, and she personally saw to it that we were completely satisfied. Needless to say, we will definitely be loyal to Maggie's Maids for all our future house cleaning needs.
