We started the home selling process with more than a little apprehension as we were relocating to central Florida at the same time and were concerned about the distance and our previous interaction with a realtor had been most unsatisfactory. We worried for nothing as the home went under contract in just over 6 weeks and sold within 3 months with minimal drama. Lori exceeded our expectations in every way. She was energetic, perceptive, truthful and reassuring. She was a first-rate project manager throughout the entire process, keeping things moving along towards a successful closing. Most importantly for us, she was an excellent communicator, using phone calls, text and email to keep us apprised during every step of the very stressful process.
