+ -1 moreMy lesson learned: when you ask for references make sure you follow up and check them out, ask for photos of their work, and ask for a copy of their license and insurance. Nice guys and they mean well, however have a lot to learn.
Description of Work: I hired this company to demo and remodel a bathroom. They indicated they had a lot of experience, were licensed and insured. From the start, it was one thing after another that led me to realize that they lacked the experience required to do this job properly. I had paid down 40% in advance to cover cost of "all construction materials" and was then asked to reimburse them for all purchases. They installed incorrect materials in the shower, were sloppy in their application of wall tiles, and needed constant redirection to perform the task. I terminated their services and will now need to start over with another handyman.
