They do a great job but, they are expensive. I keep using them. It's just the price, I have written in their surveys that they are good but, expensive.

They sold me a new set of tires. I took the car back when the car still wasn’t fixed. They said there was nothing wrong. Ultimately, after 3 visits, they missed a broken axle and airbag that another mechanic identified within 10 minutes.

I brought my GS450h in for service after the check engine light came on. Bill, Shaun and the service team were quick to assess the situation, communicate the needed repairs and work with the manufacturer for warranty assistance. Shaun and Bill went above and beyond!

My service advisor (Shaun Mathena) took control of my situation. I was given a loaner and he had car completely re-done for me and also refunded my service cost. I am pleasantly surprised that Lexus went above and beyond in turning my unpleasant experience completely around.... I will be back for their exceptional service in a couple of months!
