This is a new (one-year old) piano.
As indicated, the strings will need frequent adjusting.
It is my opinion that the work we superficially done.
The tuner seemed to enjoy playing my piano more than tuning it!

He is really good. He is in for only about 15-20 minutes and his price is just a little over null. He is a very nice man and I've never had a problem with him. He has always been on time and I don't remember a time that he has been irresponsive. I would rate him highly overall.

Very well. Pleasant experience. He will not try to persuade you to tune more often than needed as my previous one did..(which will cost more in the long term of course !) but just recommend at least once a year (which is pretty standard).

He sends me a reminder every year, he actually sent one last year and I didn't have it done. I was going to go with every two years instead of every year. I hadn't had the piano tuned for twenty years and this guy was recommended to me by somebody else. He did an excellent job. He is very courteous and he loved our piano because it's a hundred years old. He did a beautiful job on it.

OUR PIANO WAS DAMAGED DURING A LONG DISTANCE MOVE. WE WENT THROUGH A COUPLE OF PIANO REPAIR/TUNING PEOPLE UNTIL WE FOUND LEVI RICE. HE IS PROFESSIONAL AND DOES A THOROUGH JOB.
