When it came time to have inspections, I was informed that he did not have a permit for the venting, and did not have a license to add the required inspection to his permit. The venting failed inspection, as it had been installed incorrectly. I spent an additional $2400 for another contractor to install the venting correctly. The work is still unfinished, the gas is not connected, and he will not provide a refund to cover the additional e Penske.

One of the sloppiest jobs I've ever seen performed by a "professional" Did not do what they said they would.

Objective: Get gas fireplace working for the holidays.
First Visit: We were encouraged to purchase a large gas tank for outside the house for $1000. During the install soot was tracked all over our rug.
Second Visit: Two weeks after the installation the system failed to work. We were charged for the service call.
Third Visit: We purchased a new log set and kit for $1000, which began to fail two weeks later.
I have made over 30 calls and I am asked for all my information every time I call with no response. For two seasons now we have just wanted to get a working fireplace for the holidays. $2100 later we still have the same dream.

I had two other companies come out to try to fix our fireplace and they couldn't figure it out. Jack came out from Largo Piping and Gas and saw and fixed the problem right away. They were quick to return my call and punctual for the appointment.

I would like him to come back and fix it. At this point he is ignoring my calls. He told me that I had a year warranty on this and it is still not fixed. It was in May when he supposedly did it correctly. He said he would come back within the year. There is still a problem.

It went very well. They were kind enough to do it for free because the manufacturer supplied me with the part because the original one was defective.
The original installation was done by them as well and they installed the new raypack heater last year. I purchased the heater online and saved about $1000 on the purchase and installation combined. Other companies would not install the heater I bought online because they wanted me to purchase one from them. That's why I went with this company

The job was fantastic! Aaron was professional, punctual, trustworthy, and dependable. He was a true pleasure to work with.

Aaron was HIGHLY suggested by the guys at Kugel Fireplaces who likely saved my life. Mr Kugel verbally said Aaron had been by here. I called 2 more times to find out the estimate and he never called back.

We called to get an estimate to install a gas fireplace in our newly-acquired 10 yr. old home. Aaron Workman returned our phone message within 24 hours and arranged a visit for the following day. He was punctual and very professional in his discussions with us. Unfortunately, Largo Piping does no cabinetry or stone work and therefore only bids the fireplace/install itself. This makes it tougher to compare bids from other installers. We have decided to postpone installation of the fireplace until our previous home is sold. But we will definitely consider Largo Piping when we are ready to move forward with this project.

I find this company very professional. Follow up calls have always been done letting me know what is happening. I will be using them again. I was very impressed with the work and the company.

The men did a fine job.

The work quality was excellent but there were some timeliness issues due to short staff periodically.

REPAIRED MY FIREPLACE IN A TIMELY MANOR. HOWEVER, WHEN I NEEDED THEM TO DO A SECOND PART OF THE REPAIR, THEY REALLY DROPPED THE BALL AND FORGOT TO CALL BACK. THEY WERE POLITE, BUT THEY HAVE A HARD TIME RETURNING PHONE CALLS.
