John Lance in Clearwater Fl came to my home after my Pool Showers pan blew and my weekend became a nightmare! After calling Mr. Lance, he came to my home, gave estimate, helped my husband and I choose a tile within our budget, allowed us to use his personal 25% discount with tile company, and completed the entire job in three days, working 8 full hrs each day. My husband and I have renovated homes before and have NIGHTMARE stories with workers and contractors. It's VERY refreshing to come across a person who actaully does EVERYHTING that is promised. His work is BEAUTIFUL, His price was fair and honest ,and when he left my home, I was left to DO NOTHING but enjoy my New beautiful bathroom!
