About us

Our company specializes in expert floor installation, using finer quality materials and always certified in all of the products we carry. At the current time we have the owner installing most jobs and has been in the flooring business since 1985 and decided in 1995 to open a retail flooring store and eliminating the high overhead prices and to provide consumers with expert installation and the dependability that our customers expect. You will find Paul's wife Kim in the showroom during the week and is always happy to help with interior design and the latest flooring styles and trends, but also keeping in my mind that not all flooring fits everybody's lifestyle as some people find out the hard way. We want to provide you with a floor that you will love for years to come. We take pride in our northern work ethic and many years of experience has proven successful. If you are in the need for flooring always make sure you shop with us last for the best selection, service and impeccable installations. These people were cordial and I thought they knew what they were doing as they were referred to me. After the installation, within the first year, the floor started separating with noticeable gaps up to 3/8 inches all over and getting worse. They came by to try to correct the problem, but could not rectify the issue. I was told they couldn’t keep on coming over here on the floor issue. I called them several times left messages and finally after using a different phone to call from they answered the phone to which I insisted that the quality of the floor be inspected, which was finally done. I also insisted to be provided with the findings, which I finally received after getting a run around. After several inspections, it was determined that nothing was wrong with the product—it was their lousy installation as they neglected to install proper sub-flooring. As professionals I should have been informed that subflooring needed to be installed. They have NEVER tried to rectify this problem—so now I have expensive flooring that looks horrible. Don’t use these people LOUSY customer service—very UNPROFESSIONAL!!
