Karoly Windows and Doors replaced my windows with hurricane impact windows and sliding glass doors, and I am thrilled with the outcome. The entire experience was top-notch, from Austin's detailed and competitive estimate to the installation process. The installers were incredibly efficient and courteous, taking good care of my home. They worked quickly and left my home tidy. I think the new windows have transformed the look of my home. The windows are absolutely stunning, and add such curve appeal. The sliding glass doors are also impressive, blending the indoors with the outdoors and allowing for natural light. The quality of the installation was outstanding, and the attention to detail was shown in their work. The windows and doors not only look amazing but also make my home feel more secure and I feel better knowing they are hurricane safe. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, high-quality window and doors. They are the best I have ever worked with, and the beauty they have added to my home is beyond my expectations!

We met with over 10 companies and went to a home show all before making our decision to go with Karoly Windows and Doors for the purchase of our Simonton Windows and the installation of a front door and garage side door. Ordering was great, with office follow-up to the very end and the installers are fantastic and clean up is exceptional. The windows are exactly what we wanted and Austin represented them professionally and honestly. If you do not want to be pressured and are looking for great windows at an excellent price, go with Karoly Windows and Doors. We had 11 windows and 2 doors installed and all went well...better than expected.

We had multiple impact windows and sliding glass doors replaced. I had never seen such universally positive reviews as Karoly received, and now I understand why. The installers, Bo and Logen, were punctual, personable, proficient and perfectionist. We are thrilled with the result!

Storm Windows Installation or Replacement
This company knocked my socks off. Thrilled from the beginning with meeting Karoly. I got a great deal on my impact windows and sliding glass door. Not as long of a waiting period as I anticipated. The installation went off without a hitch. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Michaela and Nicole for helping to make this project go so smoothly. Well worth the money.

Sliding Door Installation
Nice staff/crew. The 3 window installations were great. The french door install was good, but as we knew beforehand, it is up to us to complete the project. For part of the "wood" we were given small rubber plugs to fill in small holes to cover screws. They look good, like they are part of the wood. For larger holes to cover screws, we were given plastic plugs that, when inserted, are not flush with the rest of the surface. So if we use these plugs, there will be bumps every so often. Does not look like classy wood as a result. Gonna have to hire somebody to sand these several screw holes level, then plug w/ wood glue, then paint. More trouble than we anticipated. The end product will look terrific. We just didn't expect the extra work. So our project is still unfinished at this point. FYI: City inspector was very impressed when it comes to meeting code, going the extra mile, etc.

"Hi Judith. The doors do come with a plastic plug that we do recommend taking out and putting wood putty in when you have the door painted. It does look much better and more natural that way. All the painters we have come across do it that way, so the plugs were just a temporary solution. We always recommend to google painters or handymen in your area and do research on them before allowing them to complete the door for you. You will want someone with experience that wont charge you a fortune. Remember to use a fiberglass paint specifically for doors. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out! Our project consultants are always standing by to help!"
