I have only great things to say about Just Water Treatment. I recently had a new softener installed and needed some creative plumbing to make everything fit in a limited space. Very pleased with their product and work. I have had water softeners from other companies and from Sears at previous residences but their softener beats them all. The water quality went from very hard, and nasty taste to excellent within a day of the installation. The salesperson, Heather, was great to deal with, and Jason, the installer did a superb job. While I thought about saving a few bucks by doing this on my own, I am very pleased with the speed of the installation, the price, and the quality of the water. Before going with this company, I got a few estimates from plumbers for the installation, plus their own softener and decided to go with what Heather recommended. I highly recommend them.

Very professional family business, professional, informative and reliable from first contact meeting with the owner for an evaluation and then having the unit replaced. I also signed up for the convenient salt monitoring and replacement service. They worked with me on the financing of my new unit, offering to accept payments via credit card at no extra cost.

It went very well. They had to work around my HOA policies, and it wasn't a problem for them. They came when they said they would. They installed it and completed the job, Very satisfied with Just Water Treatment. Cost was comparable with compitition.

I had originally purchased a consumer oriented water softener from Lowes. Lowes then refused to install the unit for fear of it leaking. Just Water Treatment came out to install the Lowes unit and explained to me that the unit I had purchased was prone to leaking after a year or so. They then recommended an excellent system that I purchased and had installed that day. I'm very happy with the quality of my water now!

Great couldn't ask for a better company. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions about the system. Gave me answers about the operating system and the great warranty. And even filled it up with 180 pounds of salt. I highly recommend them.

My engagement with Just Water Treatment went flawlessly. My new condo unit did not have a water softener and the water quality in my area is one of the worst in the country. When I informed Heather, daughter of the owner, and excellent salesperson, that I had purchased a unit and wanted someone to install it. She did a great job explaining to me the difference in the systems that her firm sells and the Whirlpool unit I had purchased. In the end, I'm returning the Whirlpool and purchased one of the industrial quality water conditioning systems that they sell. Jay came out today to install the unit and was very knowledgeable. While he finished the job in a relatively short period of time, I watched how meticulous he was in the quality of his work. I was very impressed with the professionalism and overall demeanor he demonstrated.

Best water softener I have ever owned. .. I moved to safety harbor and omg I didn't realize how bad the water was. . In the past I have had off the shelf water softeners that u can buy at home depot and I thought they did a good job, but they leave u with a slimy feel. But the water here was so bad that I had to get a different kind , and that's when I found Just Water. All the staff are very professional, from the installers to Dave and Heather.. . It is a little more money than the units I have had before but we'll worth every penny, I absolutely love my whole house filtration system from just water. Its soft clean water no slimy feel. I also had them install the reverse osmosis system with the pH filter. It has a different name but I can't remember. Lol... No more buying expensive bottled water than has no health benefits for me .. I highly recommend this company , great service and no high pressure sales, not like other companies that push their products and talk bad about other companies.
