Joanna's Cleaning Service

Joanna came to my home to give me an estimate for housekeeping services every 2 weeks. We had an e mail communication and two phone calls. We agreed upon a price. Joanna stated to me that she would put us on her schedule for the 1st week of June. As of date June 10th we have received no further communication from her. That is why I have given this business a very low rating.

They are always prompt and courteous and do such a wonderful job. They come every two weeks and will will continue to use this company.

We've enjoyed working with Joanna for about six months now. And we look forward to coming home to a clean home after Joanna's visits every other week. Her attention to detail is excellent. I highly recommend her.

Joanna has proven to be reliable and very trustworthy. I am always thrilled to come home to a sparkling clean home, and I feel that she pays close attention to all the important little details. We have used Joanna on a weekly basis since July of 2013 to present and she has always been on time as scheduled and has conducted an excellent full housecleaning each time including changing all linens. Anytime she has had a question she has contacted my wife and has been very helpful.

She is a very nice person, very friendly, gets right to work and does a good job. She is also very efficient and uses her time wisely.

We hired Joanna on July 24 to clean on a weekly basis. Joanna showed up as scheduled performed all of the work as required and her price was reasonable at $70 for our two bedroom two bathroom 1200 square-foot condo. Later that evening after we returned home from work she called my wife to inquire if her service was acceptable and if any adjustments were needed to be made and would show up the following week as scheduled.

Joanna's cleaning is a great company to use for home cleaning. We have used Joanna since 2011 and continue to use her weekly. She has very competitive pricing and may even be a little less than other companies. Prior to Joanna we have tried many others in the cleaning business and Joanna's is most certainly the best. She cleans thoroughly and takes her time not rushing on to the next client. Each week I ask her to do something extra and this is not a problem. She is kind and considerate of my time and always shows on time. I am very glad to be writing this review and proud to recommend her to anyone.

I have a small vacation condo in Belleair Beach where I spend about half the year. I first met Joanna last year when my usual housekeeper retired. She was just starting her company (which is licensed here in Florida) and I liked the way she thought as well as the way she presented herself enough to give her a try. As owner of a company that manages vacation rental properties I need to maintain very high housekeeping standards and have 19 years experience with both good and bad service providers. I will say that Joanna is definitely among the best I've worked with. She is reasonably priced, has a very pleasant personality, her service is punctual, and very thorough in their work. I have been using her service for about 12 months now and have never been disappointed! I highly recommend using Joanna's Cleaning Service and have already referred several of my Belleair Beach neighbors to her.
