We wanted our kitchen cabinets refaced. We made an agreement with Jim and paid half for the down payment. Jim told us the project will be completed in 4 days from Monday to Thursday since it wasn't a big kitchen. My husband talked to Jim about the work hours and he said 9am-3pm. First day he showed past 11am and was barely there for less than 2 hours. Second day, same late and didn't stay long at all. So my husband finally asked when the project will be done, he then stated "it'll be done when its done". My husband was furious and kept his cool and just want this project to be over and told him it needed to be completed based on our agreement. Needless to say the project was completed Saturday late afternoon. This guy is totally unprofessional and honestly needs to retire. He thinks that we need to work around his own schedule and comes to work as he pleases. To anybody who's thinking of hiring him please do not and save yourself from frustration.
