Hello everyone,
I have found that there are many intelligent people but not are all willing to give their knowledge without money. Wayne is both extremely intelligent and a giver. I was referred to wayne because my Yamaha receiver is not working, nor does the power button come on. I called Wayne and he guided me to do some steps on my own, so I followed his instructions. Wow! My receiver came on and works!! I pray that his business is blessed within an overflow of good customers. I am grateful for Wayne's kindness, intellect, and experience. Yayyyyy!

Description of Work: repaired a My receiver (about 15 years old or so) started making a buzzing noise. Wayne (owner) thought it might just be a cracked casing inside the unit. He charges a $49 base fee which he applies to any repairs. Once he got into it he found that many of solders inside had deteriorated so he went and redid it all, replaced some bad components and cleaned it all out. The extra work tacked on another 20-odd dollars. The unit now works perfectly. He even ran back out before I left when he saw my 11-year son in the car to give him a new hot wheels car (in the package) - he said he tries to give a little gift when parents come by with a child. He was very punctual and kept me posted the entire time. I was so happy with the work that I bought a used receiver from him to replace an old Sony home theater-in-a-box I had purchased about 12 years ago which had finally bitten the dust. I have him on the look out for a used flat screen T.V. to replace my aging CRT T.V. He was upfront with the probably cost to fix the T.V. (a couple of hundred dollars or more and suggested it was probably time to get a new T.V.) Honest, quick, reasonable prices, local - what's more to ask for?

 + -1 moreI dropped the TV set off and paid the $69 diagnostic fee. I was told i would hear from him in a few days. The next day he called to say it was fixed, The cost, $65. I was expecting at least a $500 bill. Quick inexpensive service. Love it.
