Extremely pushy sales tactics and much more expensive for exact same product as other companies quoted. After watching a video and asked to call the BBB to hear the company's rating, I was asked if I could make a decision to begin the work today before I was even quoted a price. When I said the quote I was given was not in my budget, I was asked to look at other countertops and then asked how long it would take me to come up with the price difference for what I wanted. I refused the "included sink and plumbing" offer and was told to get a sink I wanted that I would have to buy an expensive package of a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal (due to leak considerations) even though I didn't need/want the latter two--I just wanted a quartz countertop with a 50/50 sink. I asked about getting a cutting board from the countertop sink cutting and was told I couldn't because the company had been sued for a customer dropping the quartz cutting board on their foot. Very disappointed in the aggressive sales tactics and very expensive pricing. I did not hire the company.
