"We're very sorry to hear that you didn't receive our call back regarding your concerns. We have a note that a voicemail was left on your phone. However, it's possible we may have misdialed your number. We very much welcome the opportunity to correct any misunderstandings. Our pricing is based on each homeowner's situation, size of home and the type of testing needed to address their concerns. IET always strives to provide the best for our customers but also learns along the way on how to better improve our services."
about my major concerns and gave me some valuable tips about correcting
problem areas. I highly recommend Indoor Environmental Technologies to
evaluate your residential or commercial property. I can assure you that
you won't be disappointed!
Extremely thorough and professional company. I am very satisfied with every aspect of the job done by IET. From the office staff to the technician in my home and the final report they did an excellent job.
No dangerous mold was found in our home and the piece of mind we got from IET was well worth the price of the inspection.
"Thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel that you did not get what you wanted from IET. We always strive to provide the best service for our customers. Basic types of destructive testing such as removing a baseboard or opening a wall cavity can usually be performed on a limited basis without an additional fee. However, this type of work must be requested and signed-off by the property owner before or during the inspection. For clarity, your cost above for our services was $495 plus small travel fee."
His recommendations were excellent and not things I knew about before. He recommend that we re-paint the house and caulk the windows, get a special hepa vacuum cleaner, and a dehumidifier to keep humidity low in the house. He also recommended a great air filter. He also noted some old moisture damage on the base of some kitchen cabinets which I had a contractor cut out and get rid of. He also tested the air and surfaces. He was helpful and knowledgeable and has been available for questions that I have had. I even contacted him about some other questions, not pertaining to his inspection, and he was always been helpful.
Tim was very knowledgeable and informative, showing samples of mold spores, and explaining everything carefully as he went along. He went through the house thoroughly and wrote up a report which was very helpful in knowing about the problem and what can be done. I was very pleased with the information that was provided. I would highly recommend IET (Indoor Environmental Technologies) to others.
"Thank you for your review of IET. While located in the Tampa Bay area, our services do cover the state of Florida. However, if travel is not practical depending on the service or cost, we strive to make sure any clients indoor environmental needs are addressed."
