Tim Toburen arrived precisely on time and was very professional in his approach to the issues. He was extremely thorough in testing for the cause of air quality problems in my home and took all time necessary to do a complete work-up. His report was extensive and thorough, and he and other staff members followed up to make sure I had what I needed and to answer any of my questions. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We hired ServPro of Largo to remove our water damaged wood floor. Buddy was very professional. He gave us a very fair price for their services. Tim was very careful removing the wood so that he wouldn't chip our surrounding travertine tile. He was very thorough. He protected the rest of our hardwood flooring. He cleaned everything up very well. He is an asset to your company. I called Amanda at Indoor Environmental Tech. to thank her for all her help. I would definitely use these two companies again.

Tenant called concerned that there was mold on the ceiling in the Florida Room. I contacted IET, and described the situation, along with emailing them some pictures. I was told up front what the price would be and once I agreed to it someone was scheduled to be there the next day. I couldn't be there for the inspection, but my tenant was extremely impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism displayed by the technician. This in itself is amazing because this tenant has very high standards. I received the report within a couple days and was very happy to find that there is not a mold problem. I sent the report to my tenant, and again he was very impressed.

Once I decided IET was the company to use, everything went quite well and very efficiently. Tim Toburen arrived right on time, with all equipment at the ready, and performed his activities thoroughly and efficiently. He responded to my many questions at that time and in follow-up. The final report was very specific in outlining the issues and the various steps to be taken to bring my house back to a normal state. I would recommend IET highly.

They were really good. It was a little pricey but I understand it was a very specialized product that they use for the testing of the home. They are the experts and they are the primary go-to testing company of the area. They were there on time and were able to do everything I wanted them to do. They were at my door at the time of the appointment.

They were great; outstanding. Their customer service was outstanding. From the time you called, they sent emails, and followed up on times that they were coming out. The engineers would send the reports right away. Since moving to Florida, the contractors here are horrible. What they gave me was exactly what I expected for my money. It was like, "hallelujah". The price was very reasonable and comparable to the price that I had back in 2012. Their quality of reports, emails, and following up on appointments, everything was an "A". I am a business woman and they did everything they were suppose to. They showed up when they were suppose to show up. They said they were going to have a report withing 48-72 hours, and I got the report. They gave me recommendations. They gave me vendors if I wanted to follow up on some of the things they recommended. I would recommend them to all of my neighbors.

My wife developed Adult Onset Asthma about a year ago and her pulmonary doctor recommended we have the house tested for mold.  I found IET on Angie's list and contacted them.  I had a lot of questions so the owner of the company called me and answered them all.  

Extremely thorough and professional company. I am very satisfied with every aspect of the job done by IET. From the office staff to the technician in my home and the final report they did an excellent job.

No dangerous mold was found in our home and the piece of mind we got from IET was well worth the price of the inspection.

I do not think I got what I wanted from them. I wanted them to look behind the walls and stuff and they would not do it.

It turned out that we had some mold in the carpet that I couldn't smell or see but was thriving on the humidity in the house.
His recommendations were excellent and not things I knew about before.  He recommend that we re-paint the house and caulk the windows, get a special hepa vacuum cleaner, and a dehumidifier to keep humidity low in the house.  He also recommended a great air filter.  He also noted some old moisture damage on the base of some kitchen cabinets which I had a contractor cut out and get rid of.  He also tested the air and surfaces.  He was helpful and knowledgeable and has been available for questions that I have had.  I even contacted him about some other questions, not pertaining to his inspection, and he was always been helpful. 

Tim was very knowledgeable and informative, showing samples of mold spores, and explaining everything carefully as he went along.  He went through the house thoroughly and wrote up a report which was very helpful in knowing about the problem and what can be done.  I was very pleased with the information that was provided.  I would highly recommend IET (Indoor Environmental Technologies) to others.

I called the company to find out about general pricing.  The gentleman I spoke to spent a considerable amount of time talking with me concerning my reasons for wanting air testing in my home, providing some general information/opinions concerning my specific issues, and even provided via email some thoughtful recommendations for consideration including a local- to-me  individual who could likely perform services, should I decided upon them, for a cheaper price.  He asked if I heard about the company (this one, the one I'm reviewing) on Angie's list, to which I replied that I had.  He asked if I would leave a review (didn't ask for a favorable one, just a review) and said I'd be happy to.   For the amount of help I received in that phone call, it was certainly worth a fair review here.

It went well.  They came out on time, stayed as long as they said they would.   They explained their process and went to work.  When finished they gave us a preliminary report.  Within 48 hours they sent a written report with more information including their recommendation how to solve the problem.

We recently purchased flooring from Lumber Liquidators for our new home. As the installer was finishing, we learned of the 60 minutes segment on Lumber Liquidators (LL) which showed inadequate or potentially toxic levels of Formaldehyde in their products due to improper manufacturing and quality control methods used in their manufacturing plants. We were shocked and concerned about our flooring. We called up IET right away to see what our options were and how could we get our floors tested. I spoke with Will Spates, President, who was incredibly knowledgeable about Formaldehyde levels and testing. After a few minutes of talking to Will, I knew I needed to get him out to test our air quality. He came out to our home next business day and immediately began testing the air quality in the newly installed laminate rooms.  We received real-time measurements with results on site. Will also collected product information and bulk samples from our stock for archive and further testing, if needed. Will spent a considerable amount of time talking to us about our test results, air quality and measures to ensure proper ventilation. After the meeting, Will followed up with a thorough, detailed report of his findings and recommendations as well as other resources to help us maximize our air quality. Will and his team at IET were great to work with.

They were good folks. The guy did a thorough job. It took a little longer to get the report than we thought, but it was certainly fine, timely, and very thorough. He spent some time accessing the situation and certainly gave us an opportunity to take a less expensive or different path than we thought, based on his experience. It may not produce the outcome we were looking for, so I saw that as a good thing. Overall a good company. We really appreciated using them. He left us with some companies to consider for remediation. It wasn't cheap. It did reflect a fair degree of thoughtful effort and specific equipment.
