"WOW!!! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY TO SUCH VENOM, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS NOT TRUE! WE KEEP ALL CALL LOGS AND RECORDS ON OUR CUSTOMERS. THE MEMBER IS NO EXCEPTION. WE SHOW THAT A CALL WAS MADE ON OCTOBER 19, 2008 AT 10:30 A.M. AND THAT WE LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE PRICE AT THAT TIME. THE MEMBER NEVER CALLED US BACK. AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME BRIAN (THE OWNER) HAD TO TAKE CARE OF HIS FATHER THAT HAD BEEN ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL. WE STILL FOLLOWED UP WITH ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AS SOON AS WE WERE ABLE TO DO SO. IF THE MEMBER CALLED "FIVE" TIMES, THEN I GUARANTEE ALL FIVE CALLS WERE RETURNED. ONE THING WE ARE VERY PROUD OF IS OUR FOLLOW UP. NOT TO DISPUTE HIS CLAIMS, BUT MAYBE THE MEMBER DID NOT RECEIVE HIS MESSAGES AS WE CLEARLY HAVE IT DOCUMENTED AS TO WHEN WE CALLED AND LEFT THE INFORMATION WITH HIS QUOTE. AS FAR AS REVIEWING OTHER "F" RATINGS, WE HAVE ONLY ONE FROM 2002 AND IT WAS NOT RELATED TO WORK. ALSO, OUR RESPONSE TO THAT IS POSTED FOR YOUR REVIEW. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALLOWING US TO RESPOND AS IT SHOWS THAT THE MEMBER DID NOT HAVE HIS FACTS STRAIGHT AND SPOKE OUT OF TURN. WE TAKE GREAT OFFENSE TO BEING CALLED UNPROFESSIONAL AS THAT IS COMPLETELY UNTRUE. HIS COMMENTS ARE BORDERLINE SLANDER AND IT IS NOT APPRECIATED. EVEN IF WE RECEIVE AN INCORRECT NUMBER (MAYBE WE WROTE IT INCORRECTLY), WE TRY TO LOCATE THE CUSTOMER THROUGH THE PHONE BOOK, INTERNET AND EVEN PROPERTY APPRAISERS. I DO NOT HAVE AN ANSWER ON THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION, BUT AM SORRY THAT IT OCCURRED. I KNOW SORRY MAY NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT I DO HOPE THAT HE UNDERSTANDS THAT WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND TRULY DO HAVE HIS BEST INTERESTS AT HEART. THANK YOU."

"WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR THAT THIS CUSTOMER FELT HE WAS CHARGED TOO MUCH. WE OFFER FREE ESTIMATES FOR THIS TYPE OF WORK (WE DO HOWEVER, HAVE TO CHARGE FOR TROUBLESHOOTING), SO WE ARE NOT SURE WHY THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT HAPPY. UNFORTUNATELY, AS WE ALL KNOW, PRICES JUST KEEP GOING UP. LABOR, INSURANCE AND WORKER'S COMPENSATION IS VERY HIGH HERE IN FLORIDA AND HAS TO BE BUILT INTO THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS. WE HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN TOLD ON MORE THAN OCCASION, THAT OUR PRICES HAVE BEEN LESS THAN SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES. SOMETIMES, THE CHEAPEST IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST. WE ONLY HAVE LICENSED ELECTRICIANS AND DO NOT SEND ANY HELPERS OR APPRENTICES TO OUR JOB SITES. SOME COMPANIES DO THIS, AND THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR BOTH A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN AND FOR THE HELPER. THEREFORE, THE JOB TAKES LONGER AND THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE HELPER LEARNING ON THEIR JOB. HAD THIS MEMBER USED A COMPANY THAT DOES THIS, HE WOULD HAVE MOST LIKELY PAID A LOT MORE THAN WHAT WE CHARGED AS WE DO NOT DO THIS. WE STRIVE FOR PERFECTION, BUT IT SEEMS TO ELUDED US ON THIS ONE."
