If Trees Could Talk...

Matt, did not respond to my initial call. I called again and received a call back a few week later. He sounded like a nice, professional guy and explained that he was caught up dealing with something in his personal life. No problem. He came out and put injections into three trees and took a look at a few others. One oak he said he would need to do research on and would get back to me. He also, said that he would be back in 10 days to remove the injections. After 10 days I hadn't hear anything so I called. I told him about the problem with one of the injections. He said he'd call back in a few days and fix as well as do the follow up. He apologized for not following up, again something about being very busy. Then, after that I heard nothing. Over the course of the next few weeks nothing. I left two messages and expressed my concern. One of the injections fell out the first day and needed to be redone. But, I never heard back. To me this was beyond unprofessional- this was steeling my money. He did not complete the job because he never came back for the promised follow up evaluation (part of what I was paying for) or fixing the messed up injection

The fellow is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would give him an A in everything except returning calls because he is not prompt in returning calls but I give him an A in everything else, especially his knowledge.
