I get what I need from HSN. They have everything I need. The products are good. They have more flex pay than the other companies.

Buying Services, Computer Sales
This is brand new computer that's just a month old that's supposed to have all the bells and whistles. As it turns out when you go to use the special promotional software, there are 4 or 5 programs that aren't compatible with the computer! It really knocked me for a loop! I called HSN and their attitude was basically that they just sell it and if it doesn't work it not their problem! I saw pretty much the same computer for sale again a week or so ago,and they had the same computer but already with Windows Microsoft 8 installed, a lower price, and no shipping and handling, which I had to pay. I didn't like that at all.
