It went great. We bought the house five years ago, and this is the fourth company we called in for help with leaky skylights. The other three companies just replaced the flashing. Handyman Roofing was the only company to tell us that we had the wrong skylights for our roof. They sent a salesman out to give me an estimate the day after I called. Nick was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the problem was and had the skylights special ordered immediately. They were able to replace them the next week. The worker who replaced them, Sergio, was very diligent and exacting. He worked very hard and paid close attention to detail. He showed us the difference between the old skylights and the new skylights and explained why the old skylights had been leaking. The process was seamless from start to finish. The cost was around $4000 which is extremely reasonable for the quality of the service and product. I would definitely use them again if I have any problems with our other skylights or with our roof.

It was fine. They came and they did what they were supposed to do. We thought it was the only spot. Later on, we found out it was two tiny drips. It was four feet from where the original issue was from. I had asked my husband why they did not find this out in July. My husband said it wasn't a problem back then. But my service was good.

Very professional and prompt company. Would use them again. Not inexpensive, but everything was well-organized, well-planned. Nice people.

I called on a Thursday for an estimate on my mother's home and was offered Friday which was great, but my schedule did not work for that day so I was scheduled between 9 AM to 12PM on a Saturday to get an estimate and was told I would be called when they were on the way so I could meet them at the location. I received a call at 9:05 AM to say on the way. For responsiveness was great. When the worker called to say on his way, I believe his name was Brice, he asked me to explain the situation being experienced. I said tiles had moved and some had cracked so there was a leak in a few places due to gaps. I moved tiles back in place and needed someone to come replace some tiles and secure loose tiles. Brice paused and said that's going to be expensive and sounded like it was something they were not even interested in pursuing. He said the materials would not cost much, it would be having a couple of people on the roof for a few days checking the tiles and that was going to be a lot of work and labor cost. It was obvious to me they were not interested and I told him it sounded like they did not want the job. He said he could come to the house and still give an estimate and I told him not to bother.

This crew has worked together for years and they are hard and efficient workers, polite and careful. There was a foreman on site at least twice a day every day they were working, and he was in contact with us each time. They took care with our landscaping and driveway. They showed up when they said they were going to and completed the work on the timetable promised. A window was accidentally broken by something that fell from the roof, and they hired a glass company to come and do a professional job of fixing it. The roof looks great, and we had none of the problems some of our neighbors had with other companies. They had us do an inspection with them a couple of times and fixed small cosmetic details we asked to have improved. Although they canvassed the landscape beds and yard with a magnet several times, we did continue to find roofing nails they missed, They also provided us with all the documentation we needed to submit to our insurance company to get a substantial discount on homeowner's insurance due to wind mitigation. We are very pleased and we get a lot of compliments on the roof. Other neighbors are asking who did the job and we are happy to recommend Handyman Roofing.

We were exceptionally happy with Handyman. Both the estimator and repairman were wonderful. The repairman was very hard working and detail oriented, and cleaned up the area perfectly. He was also really nice. A second employee came to assist and again did great. Today the gutter company came and installed the new gutters. Everything is done! I would absolutely hire this company again.

Awful! I was told the job would take 3-5 days but I had several days of "NO SHOW"! Workers would eat lunch on my property and throw debris in my yard! Since the repair I have had a total of 5 leaks! They came out to repair the leaks each time but the leak returned in the same place. Last leak flooded a bedroom in my home causing "MAJOR" damage to the interior walls and property. I contact my insurance company who sent out inspectors, leak detection company and estimates from other roofing companies. All reports show they did not install/seal my roof correctly. When I called their office with my concerns they are "RUDE" and try to make it seem like I caused the leaks! They even try to blame the leak on other factors of my home like, plumbing, attic, etc. I'm currently in the process of a major insurance claim and seeking an attorney.

THE COMPANY DOES QUALITY WORK AND PAYS A LOT OF ATTENTION TO BUILDING REPEAT BUSINESS. I THINK I GOT A FAIR PRICE. THEY ARE FAIRLY RESPONSIVE. I ONLY HAD ONE ISSUE WITH THEM ORDERING THE WRONG SHINGLES AND THEN HAVING TO WAIT FOR THE RIGHT SHINGLES TO COME IN. THEY WERE GOOD PEOPLE. I WAS HERE A FEW TIMES, AND THEY WERE FRIENDLY. THEY DID A CLEAN JOB, AND THERE WAS NO MESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

OUT OF 7 FULL PAGE ADS, THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO PROMPTLY CALLED BACK. WE HAD A LEAK WHICH I HAD HIRED THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE FOR ALREADY (AND IT STILL LEAKED). THEY CAME OUT AND ACTUALLY FOUND THE REAL LEAK, BUT ALSO EDUCATED US ON HOW LONG ROOFS USUALLY LAST. WHEN WE REALIZED OURS WAS REALLY PAST DUE, WE HAD THEM DO THE ENTIRE ROOF. IT LASTED THROUGH THE NEXT FOUR HURRICANES WE HAD WITHOUT A SINGLE SHINGLE COMING OFF.
