Everything looks great! Like new and very well done.

He tool out all crumbling and cracking grout and rerouted the walls and floor. He left sealer and a bottle of safe concentrated cleaner.

Excellent. Matt was in there out and out of there with like a true professional. He was clean, prompt and left with 100% completed product.

Scott came and turned a bad situation into a good one.  He went above and beyond to do a quality job while replacing the grout in my shower, which was recently messed up by another contractor.  He also had to remove random damaged tiles without causing more damage to the surrounding glass tiles... He's knowledgeable, nice, very respectful, trustworthy, clean, and thorough.  Thanks for the help, Scott!!  

Scott is courteous, professional and most competent. He made a judicious assessment of the extent of the problem with our master shower and, instead of simply stating that it all needed to be torn out and completely re-done, he thoroughly examined the tile and back wall of master shower and said that it was still in good shape and could simply be repaired. The estimate that he provided was what we paid him after the work was professionally completed.

Scott did a great job. He was very flexible with scheduling. Everything looks so much better! I am so glad I had it done.

The finished job was not that well. Punctuality was good.

We then hired Scott to return to clean our tile and to replace that particular tile and to fix our marble medallion which had been damaged by a cleaning crew. We  scheduled for the following Monday.  Sunday nite I called Scott to confirm and he said he was ill.  Thus we reschedule for the following Monday, today, August 5. We called twice yesterday, Sunday the 4th. with no response. I sent an email and we phoned today and still no reply.
Our neighbors have used GroutMaster with success but, we intend to send a community wide email to let everyone know of the lack of professionalism and courtesy we experienced.
 His usual minimum trip charge is $200.00 but, he cut us a bargain when he hired him to return.  At that $100.00 to repair one tile is excessive. Where was the bargain if a company doesn't fulfill it's commitment to the consumer.
There is no excuse for a no reply! 
We are happy to be members of Angie's List and have never had a disappointment such as this.

Scott was terrific. He was knowledgeable, professional, and nice to talk to. We enjoyed having him do our work and he worked very hard. SCOTT QUICKLY RETURNED PHONE CALLS, GAVE A DETAILED WRITTEN ESTIMATE, PERFORMED THE WORK IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER. WORK SITE WAS LEFT CLEAN AND NEAT.

SCOTT TOOK TIME DURING THE ESTIMATE TO EXPLAIN HOW THEY DO THE GROUT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT. HE DID A GREAT JOB OF DOING THAT WORK AS WELL AS THE UNEXPECTED REPLACEMENT OF TILE INSTALLED OVER OLD TILE. RECOMMENDED A $25 CORNER SHELF WHICH IS VERY HANDY AND LOOKS GREAT. OVERALL, A SUPERB JOB!
