It went flawlessly. He arrived on time and provided a professional and thorough inspection. He was respectful of my tenants and willing to answer whatever questions I had. My personal home policy was reduced by $1000 due to the results (I had a new roof and impact windows). I expect to see reductions ranging from a minimum of $50 to $150 for each of the rental homes which will more than pay for the cost of the inspection itself.
