Motorcycle Service
When the bike was first picked up from the Greg's, it stopped working on the ride home. The bike was taken back. After calling for approx. 2 months we finally got the bike back. The bike was returned without a side cover and the new grips were glued on with rubber cement. I took the grips off and glued them myself using the correct adhesive. The reason they finally got off their *** to get the bike fixed was because of our report to the BBB.
Today is Aug. 6th and after several calls and promises on their part, they haven't got the side cover back to us.
First they said that they lost it and had to order another one. Then they said it was sent to an incorrect address. Then they said that they got it back in their shop and sent it to the correct address.
Then they said that UPS dropped it at our door.
That didn't happen.
I called UPS and they said that Greg's didn't have any shipments to our address at all.
We're still waiting for the side cover for the bike.
These people are not to be trusted for anything at any time. They also do the worst work.
We have waited so long for them to do the right thing. I held off writing to Angies List and the BBB again in hopes that they would come through.
