They came and measured and explained exactly how it would look and then schedule the installation. They installed the mirror and enclosure promptly and very professionally. We are very happy with the result.

Wall was irregular and not square but they got the mirror put up perfectly anyway. The seams are almost inviible. $1600.

Tony and the installers did a tremendous job from start to finish. It was a custom order and completed in under 2 weeks. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend Glass Service Co.

I recently purchased a used humidor from a cigar retailer who was going out of business. Two of the sliding glass doors were missing. I took one of the remaining doors in to the shop. They measured the piece asked me a few questions about the quality of the glass that I would like to use then told me my order would be ready the following day and they would give me a call when it was complete. The next morning I got a call around 10am saying I could come and get my order any time.

They had a good show room. I like the fact that they installed the glass themselves. I called a few other places and they used someone else for installation. Everything went very well.

He did good work in a timely manner. I would use again.

Instead of doing the standard 3 equal panes, they worked with me to get a wider center pane and more narrow side panes with beveling. They didn't charge me any extra! It's a beautiful mirror and I have gotten many compliments on it. The price was exactly what they quoted me. The cost is with tax.

I initially called 3 glass companies for estimates. This company was the first to come out to give an estimate. Their estimate was the lowest of the bunch. Once I hired them, they told me that it would be 1-2 weeks before they could come out to do the work. This was fine as this wasn't an urgent problem. They called me the day before coming out. Their installer, Danny, arrived at the site on time and spent the better part of a day installing the 10 panes of glass. The work was done in a professional manner and I was very pleased with it during the final inspection. I can highly recommend them.

A representative came to take measurements. After 2 weeks, not having heard back, I called to find out what happened. They initially could not find the paperwork, because the employee who came had left the company. They set up an appointment for 2 days later. The person who came, Leo, brought materials according to the information he had been provided. The glass shelves were too short, the mirror piece was too large. He measured again for the mirrors that we hadn't gotten an estimate for. Leo promised he'd go back to the store and return with the correct materials at my convenience. He was back in 1.5 hours. All the pieces fit beautifully, and he even helped repair the back of one cabinet so no damage would show through at the edge of the mirror. I was so pleased that I wrote a letter of appreciation. They did not charge me for the additional mirrors. This was very generous and I was very grateful. They certainly have a commitment to customer service!

Phone was answered promptly. Service was easily scheduled and technician arrived on time. The only negative was quite a bit of the bonding agent used to adhere the glass to the frame was left on the inside of the window glass. I spend a lot of time scraping this off with a safety razor.
