WE HAD LOTS OF PROBLEMS. THEY PUT ON WRONG COLOR AND WRONG DESIGN. ROY SAID HE WOULD STAND BEHIND HIS WORK AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT. SINCE WE WERE SKEPTICAL ABOUT IT WE WROTE AN AGREEMENT UP THAT HE WOULD FIX ANY CRACKS, DEFECTS, ETC. WITHIN THE NEXT 5 YEARS. THIS WAS 2002, WHICH WAS 2 YEARS AGO. WE HAVE 5 OR MORE CRACKS IN THE DECK AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO STAND BY THEIR AGREEMENT. TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM THEY SHOULD FIX THE CRACKS AT NO COST PER THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT.

"The original job was completed on 07/15/02. Mrs. Howell dealt with my father, who passed away July 03. I inspected the pool deck on 02/18 and saw 3 or 4 very small hair line cracks. I offered to either fix the cracks at no charge or pressure wash the entire deck and apply a clear seal for $200. Mrs. Howell then wanted a quote to do the driveway. I mailed both quotes on 02/18/04."
