We pay monthly for 24/7 computer support. Twice they have crashed our computers. They lightly admit to doing so and offer little to no support to correct their mistakes. They as well takes days to get back to you and weeks to fix. They act like they do not care! Do you research. The employees are there not to offer support but to sell as much product as they can. We will be canceling our monthly "service" with them as they do more damage than good and offer little to no true service!

I explained this above.

The repair man arrived on time but he had no idea on how to repair an LG washing machine. He had to call LG for help. LG told him that it was the censer or the main board. The repair man ordered the censer but not the main board. I had to wait another week before he would be back to install it because he was in training for the next two day and would not be available.

When he did installed the censer, the problem was not corrected. He then ordered the main board but he would not be able to install it until Aug.12th because he was in training the whole next week. They did not even over night the parts either.

This machine has been out of service for three weeks now and I have no hope of having it repaired any time soon.

If you buy a large appliance from Best Buy, you better hope it never brakes down. Because as far as I am concerned, their repair people couldn't find their butt with both hands and a map , mush less repair an appliance.

My experience was outstanding. They offer repair service, which is great. I will go to Best Buy again.
