The only thing I remember about it was that they did a very nice job at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with them. I was going to use them again recently. I would use them again. He was very friendly and very helpful. It took a while for him to do it but I don't know how long it would take anybody in the normal circumstances.

Susan Harris was wonderful - She took the time to listen to my "crazy" ideas and understood my budget constraints. We spent a good 1 hour or more laying out the prints and seeing which matte finish and frame best suited to pictures. She even had frames that we special promotions that helped me stay within budget. Overall they look great in my office and our clients loved them.

It was excellent. They framed the flag and they called me when it was ready. I would highly recommend them. They did something that was complicated, it wasn’t usual and they did it perfectly.

It was a very enjoyable process. I went to the studio and was helped with a great selection of frames and mattes to find just the right one. I never felt rushed and I felt well taken care of during the process. I was very satisfied with the results as well as the entire process.

They did a very nice job but even with Angie's discount it was a bit pricey. Still, I would use them again.

Frameworks framed two 20x32 prints. Prints were dry mounted, matted, and framed. They look great! Price seemed high but I haven't had custom frames made for quite a while and I know they are not cheap. Overall I am very pleased with Frameworx. They did an outstanding job and I would definitely use them again.

Susan took the time to find the PERFECT matting and frame to accommodate the Hard Rock pins that I had framed for my home office. She was professional and the picture came out better that I had envisioned!?I am now having her do to more projects foe me?.

The project was completed in a timely manner and on budget and the result was well-crafted and wonderful. I recommend her services to everyone. She creates true works of art.

They framed a couple of prints for me.

It was a great experience. The owner worked with me and my husband to pick out mats and frames for 3 rather large prints. She was helpful without overwhelming us and we ended up with some really beautiful artwork.

I went to Frameworx with a piece of fine art with no idea of how to frame it. Susan expertly guided me in selecting a beautiful frame and mat for my painting. The piece was ready exactly when promised and looks fantastic. I sent a picture of it to the artist and her response was, "wow!"

Her price was competitive with quality shops so if you are looking only at price against big box stores like Michaels then don't bother. At Frameworx the framing is treated as equal in importance to the art as the piece itself. It DOES protect it, show it off, and add more visual impact. I got my first pieces back and they were stunning. She even helped me pick out a unique frame that complemented the subject matter. After picking up these pieces I knew I would be back. Well, the place a person chooses to spend their money tells much about who they spend it on. I chose to return to Frameworx when I got an original canvas as a gift so I didn't need the most expensive everything to do the job right. She matched me up to the most exquisite frame and when I picked it up it was so good that it looked like it should cost 2-3x what I was charged. Today I returned with my most valuable item, a major artist masterpiece, and she treated it with the professionalism and reverence it deserved.

The owner and framer met with us to discuss the matting for the print and what type of frame that we wanted for the cat tile and the print. She gave us suggetions and showed us multiple solutions for the the two projects. We chose the materials, she measured the items, gave us a quote on the fee, we approve the fee and she framed the projects for us per the estimate and on time. It was a wonderful experience with an equally wonderful outcome. I would recommend her for any framing need since she is lovely to work with and provides excellent services.

From selecting the frame to completion Frameworx is professional all the way. They will offer suggestions on types of frames, help layout materials for ease of selection, offer guidance and then complete the work promptly and exceed expectations. Need an extra wall hanger. Just ask, no quibbling about the little things. They are as anxious as you are to ensure the completed art is proudly displayed and there to help.

Excellent work! The job was beautifully done and we are very pleased with the results. Great care was taken to make sure that the frame choice and the mat choices were correct for the pieces and the workmanship was/is outstanding. We will use them in the future for all our framing needs.

Right up front I know absolutely NOTHING about framing, or at least I didn't know anything going in to my visit to Frameworx. This was not a problem. I had four pictures to frame, three of which needed extra special treatment. I was nervous about not knowing what I was asking for but they could not have been any better than they were in explaining what each thing was and how it all would work together. It is helpful that I know what I like but I would have been lost attempting to pick everything out on my own. They made it so easy for me and when I was done with the selections I was certain I had made the exactly right choices. Less than the promised 10 days later I got a call and my pictures were ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was certain that these pictures were ready for a museum and not just for my house. They were that good. GO TO FRAMEWORX! You will not regret it. You can save a dollar or two (not much more than that if you seek real quality) by shopping around and settling for Michaels but you will never get the quality that Frameworx provides in any mass-market box store framing department. The box stores can only go so far in their products but Frameworx treats the frames as though they are as important to the art as the painting itself.

They re-stretched the canvas and re-framed it. They completed the job within a couple of days. They did a great job!

The work was wonderful! She is a great gal and she knows what she is doing. Her quality is excellent. Her price may be a tad high, but she is well worth it. She did a very nice job. She is really good. When you go in, you sit with her and explain what you want done. She spends a lot of time with you to show you what it will look like when it's finished.

Overall we were very satisfied from begining to end ... and we have other pictures for framing and there's no doubt that we'll go to FRAMEWORX CUSTOM PICTURE FRAMING.

This is the third time this year I have used Frameworx for framing and matting work and once again Susan TOTALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! It is amazing to bring in a simple print, diploma or poster and when you return to pick it up Susan has transformed into something remarkable and breathtaking. I have had a number of my friends that have come to my house and provide extremely positive feedback.
