I contacted this company in the morning and they sent James out in the afternoon on the same day. James did a thorough and clean job. I was very satisfied with the work and would definitely use them again.

Very Stressfull

6 months ago we had this company out to service our AC.  He was polite and professional when he first came out, even sent us a thank you note saying if we ever needed anything don't hesitate to call him.  Now 6 months later we are in the middle of summer and the AC unit is not working!  I called him and he informed me that there is no warranty on his work and that there would be a $75.00 service fee for him to possibly make it out on Tuesday or Wednesday.  I am not happy with his service or the quality of his work! 

I was impressed with him from the beginning of the phone call right through the end when he left my house. His follow through on Saturday night with a phone call was unexpected and greatly appreciated. It is embarrassing how dirty my system was and he simply went ahead and cleaned it without making me feel as if I had caused this problem (which I did). He was clean, neat, professional and had a great sense of humor (which didn't hurt) and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him. His pricing and availability makes his company an excellent and easy recommendation for Angie's List.

They informed me that they fixed the problem, but I later found out that it wasn't. I also found out when I called them back later to fix the work that I paid for a service contract which I was not aware of at the time. I feel like the took advantage of me.

They told us the air conditioner would be large enough for our home. After it was installed it was not cooling or heating our home like the company guaranteed. After many attempts to contact them, they have given us the run around. We have had other companies come out and tell us there are problems with the unit.
