Joseph left a 30 foot tree trunk standing up and tons of logs in my back yard. He stopped work and demanded more money. Plenty other tree cutters out there, avoid this guy!

"[Member Name Removed], we did remove a canopy off a live oak in your back yard due to a co dominant tree failure that was fixing to split on to two duplexes. We looked up our agreement and contract (perform removal on live oak to midagate liability and danger leaving trunk and stump) per our contract you signed 4-3-2018. As all companys including my self where well over $12k-$18k to remove this tree entirely and perform stump grinding. In which was not in budget for you at the time due to you just replacing the roofs and laying down pavers in prior months. With reasons why your trying to black Male us Via email stating your intent to defame and sue someone and fabricate a story speaks directly to your integrity. 14months later. Best wishes Respectfully, Joseph"

They did a great job at the best price. Joseph took the time to explain the projects in detail. He was there for the entire job & made certain it was all done the right way. They cleaned up all debris (including in the pool), they took the trash containers to the pick-up trucks. All trash was hauled away. A superior job at a great price!

I can't say enough about what a great team of professionals worked on my landscaping. At first, I was suprised that the owner was so young, but my best friend had given them rave reviews. She was right. They worked very hard for 6-7 hours on my landscaping. They did an amazing job, but more importantly they were very respectful. I was working from home with my windows open that day and could watch and hear most of their activity. I was very impressed that despite the difficult work, no cuss words, great cooperation, and the owner, Joseph, was a great leader and coordinator to his team. I could not be more enthusiastic about recommenting Flawless Aborist to work on your home!

Within 48 hours of calling Flawless Arborist, I had the removal permit and the next morning the tree was removed. We now have a beautiful baby Adonidia palm in our front yard and we couldn't be happier with the speed and service we received from Flawless Arborist. We will definitely call again if we ever need any tree work, and we probably will, with 11 Oaks in our back yard!

I was very pleased and will use them again. They were professional, respectful, polite and courteous. They confirmed what I wanted done and did a walk through before leaving to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up the debris and left the yard looking neat.

Joe was extremely quick to come review our job. When a cancellation in his schedule allowed him to complete our job within 1 day of him reviewing job we were quite happy, as we were leaving town in a couple days. Joe is very knowledgeable about trees. He quickly formulated a plan to remove some dead wood on all of the trees. Pricing is very reasonable. Cleanup was flawless and completed as he completed each tree.

Joseph put in French drains in our backyard, we had horrible flooding before his work and we have horrible flooding after his work. He is refusing to help us and make it right. We spent a lot of money and now we can't even get a hold of him. Very unprofessional! I do not recommend!

Joseph arrives every week and provides lawn mowing primarily. He appears to care about the quality of his work. I have been using his services for a month and have no complaints at this time. Only once he did not come on the date agreed to, but he came the next day. He responds to texts if there is a question, and I really like that. He states that he will also provide mulching, etc, but I have not had that done yet. At this point, I would highly recommend him.
