Excellent appliance store for Tampa Bay area. Many locations, we chose Clearwater store. Met Steve Klinger on our 1st visit to just look around. He is very professional and knows all the manufacturers and products. Very laid back, not high pressure which made our experience very pleasant. We ended up buying a washer and refrigerator with full installation. They are both in stock and washer arrived a few days later, easy install. Highly recommend this store group. They remind me of ABT from the Chicago metro area. Well run, managed and great prices.

After my 3rd call I Waited 24 hours and never heard from Salesman Tom. So I called one more time. Left message for a call back and 48 hours later still no call. I just went to Home Depot and bought the exact same product for $139 less PLUS Home Depot only charges $19.99 to install the gas and Famous Tate was going to charge me $145! Also Famous Tate charges delivery fee and Home Depot doesn't. So not only was the service better, and I was treated like a valued customer, but I saved a significant amount of money as well! Very disappointed in Famous Tate and will not be giving them any more of my business.
