Yes, I recommend this pro
After deciding to try to buy a house, I researched programs to help. I found the Home Key program (which I HIGHLY recommend). After calling a few lenders to find out whether they knew of the program and how it works, I found that not that many are familiar with the program.
There was a list of lenders on one of the Home Key sites that were recommended for the process, and two were in my area. I called them both. One didn't respond for several weeks, but Colleen Rodriguez, a Loan Officer at Envoy Mortgage, called me back immediately. She was very familiar with the Home Key program and offered to get me started in the process. She asked me to bring some documentation to a meeting with her to see if I qualified for the program and I did.
From that point, Colleen and then Nicole Baum, the Processor at Envoy, led me through the home buying process. One of the first things Colleen did for me was to recommend a Realtor, Tim Kett,  for me to work with. This recommendation was a blessing, as Tim turned out to be as good to me as a Realtor as Colleen and Nicole were as my Loan Officer and Processor.
I cannot say enough good about Colleen Rodriguez and Nicole Baum! The home buying process is stressful, requires jumping through hoops and, during the process, feels endless and disorienting, but these fabulous professionals took so much responsibility off my shoulders that they made the process almost painless!
For weeks and weeks, they sent requests and I responded with what they asked for. If there was a question or a glitch, they let me know immediately. If I had a question, they responded immediately. I could not ask for ANY improvement to their process!
