EcoDri

This is the second year we have used EcoDri for our carpets.  Mike does excellent work.  He is punctual, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and a totally friendly professional.  We highly recommend him.  Your carpets will be happy!

I used this company based on the recommendation of the company that had installed our carpet, several of their employee's had used EcoDri and were impressed with them.  EcoDri cleaned the carpet in three rooms.  Everything went well from beginning to end.  I was impressed with how good our carpet looked and especially liked that the carpets where nearly dry when the job was done.  I will have them out again to clean the carpets next year.  I highly recommend this company. 

Use a dry chemical process so that tge carpet doesn't get wet. Did a great job.

Mike and Joel did a great job cleaning an old Berber carpet.  I thought it would never look this good again.  They were completely professional, thoughtful, and thorough--and the price was right.

   The tile in my house hadn't been cleaned professionally in years.  Since it's off-white in color with matching grout, it was a mess.   (I didn't realize how disgustingly filthy it was until I saw if after it was cleaned.)  After seeing the glowing reports for this company, and recognizing they are a family business, I called them for an estimate.  They were prompt and professional when they arrived .  I felt the estimate was reasonable, so I didn't get any additional quotes.
   On the day of the grout cleaning appointment, Mike and his son Joel arrived on time and got right to work.  I hid myself away in another room while they worked for hours on the tile.  Because they weren't 100% happy with the result, they didn't seal it and planned to do that at the next appointment 5 days later, when the carpet was scheduled to be clean.  Because I thought I might be having out-of-town company that weekend, they touched up a couple of carpet areas in advance so that it would look better for my guests.  I felt that was a thoughtful gesture.
   Today they came back to finish up the group and to do the carpets.  Any areas that they couldn't clean up the grout perfectly, they used grout colorant/sealer, which made it look perfect.  They even showed me how to do that in the future, should I need to touch up some areas myself.
   The results:  the carpets look clean, and the tile and grout look almost brand new.  I felt I got a superior result for a reasonable amount of money from a family team who take pride in their work.  I'd recommend them to anyone, and use them again in the future.

We were exceptionally impressed with the final results. Our tile now looks new and we're pretty sure it had never been professionally cleaned prior to our purchase. Mike and Joel (father and son team) were nothing short of fabulous to work with and more than simply professional. We will certainly count on them to keep our tile looking this way!

Everything was just perfect. I needed to have the work performed quickly as I was moving in a few days. They were able to perform the work just three days after I had called which more than met my time schedule. They offered to provide a "demo" so I could see just what the finished job would look like. But, I didn't ask for one since I had had prior experience with tile cleaning and sealing (with a different company) and knew that very good, like new, results could be obtained. Brite Star Chem-Dry did an excellent job and I thought that the price was very good as well, especially when combined with a good Angie's discount. They charge by the square foot so every job would be based upon the amount of tile to be cleaned and sealed. I thought they were more than generous in their estimate of square feet. I had had this work done a couple of years ago by a company no longer in business and that company's cost was significantly higher than Brite Star Chem-Dry. Two people, father and son, I think, actually did the work so the time to complete was less, about 2 hours, which was good because access to the rest of the house is limited while they are working because of the wet floors. Extra time was spent with a manual scrub brush to treat problem areas and areas that couldn't be cleaned well by their machines. Brite Star made the floors, tile and grout, look virtually brand new for a cost probably less than it would have cost to clean a similar sized carpeted area.

After a big remodeling project I contacted them using the Angie's List email link. Mike, the owner, responded within a couple of hours and we made an appointment to meet at our house to discuss the project. They arrived on time, actually calling me at work a half hour before our appointment to let me know that they were on their way over. Mike's son Joel gave me a demonstration of how the cleaning solution would clean the 12 year old grout, and boy did it come out nice and white, just like new! Mike quoted me a price and when I agreed they were able to do the job two days later. They arrived early, I was still at work, and he called me to let me know that they were at our house and setting up the equipment. It took them 3 hours to clean about 700 squarefoot of tile and they threw in our 2 bathrooms for free. The floor came out really nice and shiny and the grout is like new, and I'm very happy with the result. They are hardworking, honest people, and I will hire them again when it's time to clean my carpets.

Brite Star did what no other tile cleaner offered to do?provide a demonstration with the solutions they would be using to clean the grout. I was impressed with the family team. The pop and son team were very knowledgeable. And as an Angie?s List member discounted the cost of the service, a nice savings overall. They were forthright and discouraged me from considering repainting the grout, assuring me that the tile would clean up great. If the demonstration is an example of how good the floor will look, then I am sold. I lined up four estimates; Brite Star was No. 3. Though one of the companies low balled the cost, the young man who was offering the service came into my home inebriated. The second company was very courteous and knowledgeable but said adding a sealer to the finished product would substantially increase the cost of the service. Brite Star would do what I wanted--clean and seal--at a reasonable price. Brite Star was scheduled to clean the tile on the 7th of January; however, the condo complex experienced a main line break and the water was turned off most of the day. Since the process used is water based, the job needed to be postponed. My husband and I had moved a lot of the furniture to prepare for the cleaning so I was not happy with this turn of events. Mike rescheduled for the Sunday following, the 10th and saved the day. The tile in the kitchen/dining area is as old as the condo (about 30 years), but cleaned up to look brand new. I would recommend Brite Star Chem-Dry without hesitation to anyone who appreciates a business that stands by its product and professional service.

This company did a great job!! The bid was fair, and they came out exactly when they said they would for the estimate and they came in on budget on the estimate! After a massive remodeling job in our home, our carpets were in pretty rough shape. The construction crew had tried very hard to keep them clean throughout the process, but well, with construction comes dust, and LOTS of it!! Brite Star did an amazing job and got out all of the plaster dust, the few grease stains that there was and brought my carpets back to fresh new state. His price was very fair and the service tech was courteous, professional and had a very pleasant demeanor. So many people these days don't like their jobs. I got the impression that this person did :) I will definitely hire this company again! Also, carpets dried very quickly. No inconvenience!!
