A higher up came to our house and was first apologetic that his company screwed up. Then, he spoke with our plumber and decided to use prior plumbing work as a scapegoat for his company, when an actual leak detection company already came out and established that the kitchen leak was the cause of all the damage. I understand that they're trying to cover themselves, but it makes them so unprofessional that they A) didn't finish the job in the first place, B) wouldn't come out when the same day they removed their equipment the flood came back, C) waited so long to come back that my kitchen cabinets need to be replaced, and D) do not stand behind their own work.
To sign in the first place, they told me the things that I wanted to hear. It was kind of despicable because it didn't end up being true. I am so overwhelmed that we've been had by this company. The experience has been worse than any of the water damage itself. If I could go back in time, I would have more thoroughly investigated this company and not sign up with them because they had been referred by the plumber.
Although they were usually nice and punctual at the scheduled appointment, they didn't call me back until our plumber contacted them and said that I was waiting. I am warning you, it is in your best interest to thoroughly investigate these companies. You'll royally regret it if you do not.
