Julius did a great job removing sprinkler rust stains and generally removing scratches and other stains on the body, wheels, tires, wheel wells, lights and running boards. The nine year old truck looks like brand new! Prompt work, took the time he estimated and he even gave me a ride. I will definitely return and recommend to my friends.

Did an impressive job. Lightened scratches and erased fine ones. Great shine and look. I took back after seeing gas
stain appear (they couldn't see it in the bright light). Handled it fast. Gave me an example of the great work they would do on the interior. Owner is nice guy to deal with. Would use them again and refer them and I'm very particular.

Doug was unable to match the original color so we opted for a dark gray. The job looked good for 1 week then a section on the rear bumper flaked off (approx. 8 inches square). Returned the auto to redo the rear bumper. Again looked good for about a week, same problem and same location. Returned the auto again, resurfaced area, looked good for about 1 week to 10 days, same problem. Returned a 4th time, again looked good. This time the finish lasted for 2 months, when a section of about 2 to 3 inches square flaked off, same location. Made a call to Doug, left a message, no return call. I called again 2 days later and was hung up on. I will not use his service again with that type of poor workmanship and disrespectable attitude towards a customer. Bottom line Customer Beware.

I was contacted by Doug (Detail Depot owner) and we talked about the previous poor rating that I gave. After his explanation on the problems that he has since encountered by attempting to put paint over a bumper that that has had heavily silicone applications, it will not stick! Doug offered to refund my money - I declined as he did try everything he knew how to at that time. The phone call problems were explained to my satisfaction. Doug is a good and honest person and when the time comes to detail my car, I'll take it to him.

I found them on line last week, one of two in the Clearwater area offering complete detailing. Their prices seemed 10-20% cheaper than competitor, so went to check them out. The owner says most of their customers are used car dealers and they do 70+ detailing jobs per week. I observed several cars being worked on and completed, and the work looked good to me. So I brought an older Corolla I plan to sell, got it back when promised, looked great. Then took my Avalon to them, same result. And the owner gave me a 10% discount which I wasn't expecting. I'll use them again. The owner says they do mobile calls for boat and RV detailing, but prefer to do automobiles at their Clearwater shop.
