DELL COMPUTER CORP

I contacted Dell and gave them the same information mentioned above and asked if there was a recall on this model, they said that there wasn't.  I told them that this give me doubts as to whether or not I would purchase another computer from them, but they didn't seem to be the least bit concerned.

I thought that their website was easy to use. I was able to select the features that suited me best. The unit arrived and I was able to set it up myself. I have not needed to talk to them personally. Next time, when I buy a computer, cost will be the factor. I wont' necessarily buy it from them.

I bought a Dell computer and it broke. I called the troubleshooting number and talked to a very polite and patient young man in India. It was real hard for me to understand him and the phone conversation took hours. I was told that I had to erase everything in my computer that I had saved in order to fix the problem. When we were done I turned off my computer and left. When I turned on my computer again the problem was much worse than it was in the first place. I tried calling back and got the run around and never got ahold of anyone. They charged the fee to my credit card and there was nothing I could do about that either. So they got paid $85 to make the problem worse!

I WAS NOT TOO SATISFIED WITH HOW LONG I HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO COME FIX MY COMPUTER. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP TO REPAIR IT.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND ARE VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY ALSO HAVE VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY GOT MY NEW SOFTWARE INSTALLED QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME.

THEY DID NOT DO SUCH A GREAT JOB. THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. THEY WERE VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE IT HAD TO BE REFURBISHED. THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THAT TYPE OF PROBLEM VERY WELL. THEY DID NOT HAVE A VERY GOOD ATTITUDE.

THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE CALLED THEM. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY HAVE A REALLY GOOD PRICE. THEY WERE VERY QUICK. THEY REPLACED SOME PARTS AND NOW IT WORKS REALLY WELL.
