Ron Day and his staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable. I had checked out a lot of local dealers and Day's was the best for price and professionalism . Ron Day guided the purchase with suggestions that really sold us. And you cannot beat Flexsteel for quality merchandise. It was ordered and delivered as promised. Raphael and Todd did a great job with the delivery (running thru raindrops) and setup. We're very pleased and will buy again from Days.

The quality of the furniture is top notch. They ordered the items and gave a fair estimate of time it would take to get them. They went above and beyond when they offered an employees discount and the owner was the one who called us to invite us to the event. The employees were personable, knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to help. Although the prices were a bit higher, the quality was WELL worth the price.
