service went well....took too long, slow to get car into service after dropoff...could not finish by end of day, said service would take 7-8hrs... made inquiries afterwards...should have taken 4-4.5hrs...people must be inefficient or dealer padding bill at $135/hr. Car was not cleaned afterwards very well if at all. Service people spilled engine oil and diesel fuel inside engine compartment and did not clean mess up. Said engine oil was changed....it still looks dirty afterwards. Said car was detailed after service....didn't clean wheels very well. Said all tires brought up to correct air pressure...I checked, all tires at different pressures, none to factory specifications. Items were added to bill that were not performed. Charged for "shop supplies"....what can be considered shop supplies costing almost $50? I rated dealer as "POOR" on their own survey.

I have a maintenance plan so it didn't cost me anything. Telira is who I work with and she is always fantastic. She makes sure I get everything done and she provides a loaner car. I am in and out in about 10 minutes.

I have been going there for around 7 years. I am on my third Audi. I used to have a Toyota Camry and the quality of that car was going downhill. I decided I wanted something to stay so I shopped around and put my finger on an Audi. I had my first Audi for 7 months and I had a senior moment. I got in the wrong lane, sideswiped 2 cars in front of me, took out my left frontend, and smashed the car into my driver's door. I loved that car and the worst part was when they had to cut it open to get to me. I didn’t have any major injuries, thank God. Audi's service department is very professional. For minor problems I walk in there and they will take care of it right away. You have to make an appointment for big things. They are very good. If they are going to take any time, they will get you a free car or pick-up and delivery. It’s a high-end car dealership and they have got high-end prices.

Purchased a used Q7 at another dealer that ended up being in crown audi's shop for 5 weeks while their service staff (Brian Fischer) fumbled the ball and was unavailable time and again. Complete nightmare. Stay away from Crown Audi Service.
